I am here to support from the early weeks, to celebrate you and answer your questions, to remind you of your capability and belive in you. Your choices are the only ones that matter and I will help you find the answers to your questions and signpost you in the right direction so you feel fully informed no matter the journey. I believe that having access to your choices and the information regarding these choices is the only way to make informed decisions.
I run monthly Birth Prep Socials’ at Heist House for £75 a couple. These are 4 hours and focus on positions, hypnobirthing, techniques for pain relief and local hospital info, along with a chance to meet other local parents over a drink and some snacks.
