You’re here because there is a voice telling you to take control of your story, to find someone to support your family as you grow. A trusted person to walk beside you as you navigate and learn about your options, your choices and what it right for you.
I am here to support from the early weeks, to celebrate you and answer your questions, to remind you of your capability and belive in you. Your choices are the only ones that matter and I will help you find the answers to your questions and signpost you in the right direction so you feel fully informed no matter the journey. I believe that having access to your choices and the information regarding these choices is the only way to make informed decisions.
Our Antenatal sessions together are personalised to you, your experiences and wishes and what works best for your family. You have access to a whole community through my support, a Village to help through each stage and twist and turn.
I run weekly meet ups for pregnancy and early postpartum at Lola in leamington spa, you will find me here with new parents, running classes with other practitioners or facilitating drop ins while making you a hot drink and providing you some space and comfort.

You’ll find me at Lola, leamington spa, where we hold coffee mornings & doula drop ins. It’s also a space used by local pregnancy & birth professionals for events such as C section coffee mornings, Mama Tribe & Hypnobirthing. I also teach monthly Antenatal group courses from here.
